context

Organizing trips for medium to large groups can be stressful and time-consuming. Multiple applications need to be used to plan itineraries, transportation, and accommodation, communicate with the participants, taking decisions, keep track of expenses, and many more. Tripdesk aims to bring all together in one application, simplifying the experience for users and creating an easy-to-update trip itinerary, using the internal network for accommodations and excursions.

How might we enhance collaboration while creating itineraries, booking trips and organizing activities, accommodation, and transportation?

final design

The final design includes the main flows for friend groups collaboratively organizing itineraries. The solution takes into consideration different categories of activities in trips, clear hierarchy visualization for better organization, and collaborative features to share, comment, and propose alternatives to the contributors
